App Usage Data: Recipes, grocery lists, and meal plans you save.

Subscription Data: Payment and subscription management information is handled by Apple App Store and RevenueCat. We do not store your credit card information.

Technical Data: Anonymous analytics, crash logs, and performance data to improve the app.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide, personalize, and improve app features.
• Sync your recipes, lists, and preferences securely across devices (via Supabase).
• Manage your subscription status (via RevenueCat and Apple).
• Respond to support requests and communicate important updates.

3. Content Ownership

Original Rights: Recipes and other materials you import from the web remain the intellectual property of their original creators or publishers.

Our Role: Chupi does not claim ownership of imported recipes. The app only collects, organizes, and formats content for your personal use.

User Content: If you author your own recipes or notes, you retain ownership of those.

Content Removal Requests: If you are the rightful owner of any content imported into Chupi and would like it removed, please contact us at [email protected]. We will review and act on valid requests promptly.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your data. We may share limited data with:

• Supabase: for secure account authentication and database sync.
• RevenueCat: for managing subscription status.
• Apple: for subscription purchases and payments.
• Analytics/Crash Reporting Providers: to improve app performance.

5. Data Retention

Your recipes, grocery lists, and account data remain stored until you delete your account. You may request account deletion at any time.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted storage and secure authentication via Supabase.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your data.
• Opt out of certain communications.
• Delete your account directly from the Chupi app at any time.

8. Children’s Privacy

Chupi is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect information from children.
